Cruel end for Persita as Persik pounce
There is no crueller way to lose a football match. Persik scored in the 94th minute, the restart barely happened, and the away end was still standing when the whistle went.

Rendy Sanjaya has said yes to PSBS Biak
The last thing about a transfer that is still about the player is his signature on his own terms, and it is there. Persik have lost him in all but the paperwork.

Dewa United come back empty-handed
The bid was some way short and Persik did not need long over it. Nobody in the game reads a first refusal as the end of anything.

Ezra Walian runs at them all day
Successful dribbles: 22. There is a particular sort of despair on a full-back's face by the seventieth minute, and it was on display.

Tempers go at Persik
Imanol García was at the centre of it, and by the time it was pulled apart there were three or four others involved. Training grounds are small places and long seasons make them smaller.

Dewa United watching Syahrian Abimanyu
The interest is real enough to have reached print. Persik have said nothing, which in a transfer window is its own kind of answer.

Aditya Abimanyu steps up from the Persik academy
There is no fee, no unveiling and no agent on the steps. Aditya Abimanyu has been at this club since he was a boy and is now, formally, one of the first-team squad — which for a local readership beats any signing of any size.

Persik see off Persita
Three points for Persik, 1‑0 the final word against Persita in a contest settled by the finer margins.

Sergio Castel takes the honours
Marked 7.89 on an afternoon he ran from the first whistle to the last. Whatever else went wrong, Persik had the best player on the pitch.
