A move Matěj Radosta would have made for nothing
There is a version of every career where the player ends up somewhere he chose rather than somewhere that chose him. Matěj Radosta is living that version at Slovan Liberec, and it tends to show in the first month.

An offer of $740.0K for Alan Marinelli
Slovan Liberec have gone to Slovacko with a bid, and the supporters have gone to the internet with an opinion about it. Whether either changes anything is up to the selling club.

Vasil Kušej was unplayable
Successful dribbles: 23. He went past people as if he had been told there was a prize for it, and by the end the full-back had stopped pretending to try.

Lukáš Masopust stays put
“The easiest signature of my career.” Lukáš Masopust and Slovan Liberec agree another 3 years, and the manager can plan around him rather than about him.

Slovan Liberec bid $130.0K for Jakub Martinec
The offer went to Sparta Prague this week and it is theirs to answer. First bids are rarely meant to succeed; they are meant to find out how loud the door closes.

Slovan Liberec make their move for Matěj Polidar
$82.0K on the table at Jablonec. The manager wanted him, the board agreed a number, and the only voices still to be heard are the ones at the other club.

One of our own: Stanislav Soucek joins the Slovan Liberec first team
Clubs spend fortunes looking for players and occasionally find one down the corridor. Stanislav Soucek is that, and the reception he gets on his first appearance will be different in kind from the one any signing receives.

Patrik Brabec steps up from the Slovan Liberec academy
There is no fee, no unveiling and no agent on the steps. Patrik Brabec has been at this club since he was a boy and is now, formally, one of the first-team squad — which for a local readership beats any signing of any size.
