Gabriel Wallentin keeps the receipts
“I remember the meeting. I remember exactly what was promised in it.” Halmstad may remember it differently, which is precisely the problem.

Joel Allansson, 34, rolls back the years — 7.80
There is an age at which every good afternoon gets described as a throwback, which is unfair and also accurate. 7.80 at 34, and nobody on the pitch was better.

Halmstad close the window on a squad of their own making
8 in and 4 out, and no more changes for months. The manager has what he has, the supporters have their opinion of it, and the table will have the last word.

Ludvig Arvidsson runs at them all day
Successful dribbles: 24. There is a particular sort of despair on a full-back's face by the seventieth minute, and it was on display.

Nils Berg signs on for the long haul
Halmstad moved before anybody else could: a new deal for Nils Berg, agreed quietly and announced loudly. Boards extend managers for many reasons; the good one is the one this looks like.

4 matches without a win for Halmstad
The run now stands at 4, and the questions being asked around Halmstad are no longer polite ones.

3 academy graduates step up at Halmstad
Senior shirt numbers handed to boys the coaches have known since they were twelve. Most will not make it and all of them have already done the hard part.

Door shut on Romano Postema
Halmstad asked and Bodo/Glimt said no without discussing a figure. It is the least ambiguous answer in football and the one clubs most often come back to test.
Match3 Apr 2027
Joel Allansson’s goal not enough for Halmstad
Joel Allansson scored, and precious little else went right: 1‑2 to IF Elfsborg, and a quiet walk to the dressing room.
