The Belasitsa Post

The knee: Aykut Ramadan out for 72 days
72 days on the announcement, and a year of quiet, unwatched rehabilitation behind it. Belasitsa lose a player for a season; he loses something harder to name.
Match6 Feb 2027
13 unbeaten for Belasitsa
Hard to beat is not the same as winning, but 13 matches without defeat is a foundation Belasitsa did not have in the autumn.

Tymur Korablin was unplayable
Successful dribbles: 31. He went past people as if he had been told there was a prize for it, and by the end the full-back had stopped pretending to try.

Both of them Yelisey Syrov's — 8.71
2 goals, and the second was the one that settled it. Marked 8.71, and he could have had a third with better luck at the near post.

Roberto Iliev, 21, plays like he has been here for years — 9.00
A mark of 9.00 means one thing beside a twenty-nine-year-old's name and something else entirely beside a 21-year-old's. Nobody at the ground needed telling which this was.
Squad8 Feb 2027
Roberto Iliev is the real thing at 21
A season average of 7.07 at an age when most of his year group are still in the youth team. Belasitsa know what they have, and so, by now, does everybody else.

A falling-out at Belasitsa
Georgi Aleksandrov and a teammate went at it, and not about football. Training grounds are small places and a long season makes them smaller.

Jackson gets the move he always wanted
Footballers are asked about their boyhood club so often that nobody listens to the answer. Jackson has just signed for Belasitsa, and for once the answer mattered.
Match6 Feb 2027
Yelisey Syrov the difference as Belasitsa beat Chernomorets Burgas
Ask anyone on the way out what separated the sides and you will get one name: Yelisey Syrov. 3‑1 against Chernomorets Burgas, and the applause at the whistle was mostly his.
