“It had gone on long enough. I would rather have it out than leave it sitting there.” Ten minutes behind a closed door at Rio Branco, and both men came out saying it was fine.
He is doing things on a Saturday afternoon that nobody around him can answer, which is flattering for about one season and a problem after that. Rio Branco will not keep him by pretending otherwise.
Fee agreed, wages agreed, and Rio Branco waiting with a shirt. Nobody at Palmeiras is pretending otherwise, and the supporters have stopped asking whether and started asking when.
