Severity
Mood

  1. Worried by competition from a new signing Tomas Kazlauskas

    Moderate
    Cause
The signing was bought with a similar squad-status tier in mind. The newcomer is on a much larger wage deal.
    Outlook
    Contract request risk increased.

  2. Looks a level above his new surroundings

    Major
    Cause
A reputation gap between senior and lesser players is the friction point. The gap in reputation between them is being felt in the dressing room.
    Outlook
    Contract request risk increased.

  3. Clashed with Kajus Bička over training standards

    Minor
    Cause
The disagreement started because they judged training effort very differently. It played out on the training ground in front of the rest of the squad.
    Outlook
Likely to settle unless repeated within the next few weeks.

  4. Built a stronger partnership with Mantas Dubickas

    Minor
    Cause
A strong training-ground partnership is behind this. A senior figure was at the centre of how it played out.
    Outlook
Trend is improving — relationship should keep strengthening.
