Antofagasta part company with Guillermo Osorio
The statement thanked him for his efforts and wished him well, in that order and in about that many words. The search begins immediately.

A knee injury of the worst kind for Klisman Cabrera
41 days on the estimate, and a long, private, unglamorous year of a rehabilitation nobody watches. Antofagasta lose a footballer; he loses considerably more than a season.
Match15 Feb 2031
Antofagasta throw away a 2-goal lead
2 in front and in complete control, and it finished with San Marcos de Arica the happier side. There is no version of this afternoon that Antofagasta will enjoy reviewing.
Boardroom17 Feb 2031
Antofagasta have nobody left to take training
Not an interim appointment — an institution with an empty coaching office. Somebody unfamiliar will run the sessions this week, and the question of how a club gets into this state is one the board will be asked and will not answer.
Player ratings17 Feb 2031
Both of them Brayan Hurtado's — 8.70
2 goals, and the second was the one that settled it. Marked 8.70, and he could have had a third with better luck at the near post.

Interim Coach steps up at Antofagasta for now
“Somebody picks the team on Saturday. This week it is me, and that is as far as I have thought.” No promises were made in either direction, which is how these usually begin.

Jorge Nunez keeps the receipts
“I remember the meeting. I remember exactly what was promised in it.” Antofagasta may remember it differently, which is precisely the problem.

Graduation day at Antofagasta
10 boys move up, and somewhere in the building the people who coached them at twelve are quietly having the best morning of their working year. Nothing about this shows up in a result and it is why the academy exists.

Brayan Hurtado falls out with a teammate over standards
The oldest argument in any dressing room and the only one that is genuinely about football: one man thinks another is not putting enough in. It is also the row a manager privately does not mind having happened.
