Tromso agree $420.0K for Marcus Melchior
The clubs have shaken hands with Sandefjord; the player has not yet. Personal terms are next, and personal terms are where more deals die than anybody prints.

Hødd come back empty-handed
The bid was some way short and Tromso did not need long over it. Nobody in the game reads a first refusal as the end of anything.
Boardroom10 Aug 2026
Tromso go back to the board over Marcus Melchior
The number the board signed off was not enough. It has been asked again and raised its own offer to $445.0K — a club that wants Marcus Melchior enough to be asked twice.

Ruben Yttergård Jenssen in a row with a teammate
It was not about football and everybody who saw it knows that. Two men who have to play together on Saturday said things at Tromso this week that will take longer than a week to unsay.

One of our own: Alexander Pedersen joins the Tromso first team
Clubs spend fortunes looking for players and occasionally find one down the corridor. Alexander Pedersen is that, and the reception he gets on his first appearance will be different in kind from the one any signing receives.
Market10 Aug 2026
Alexander Haaland steps up from the Tromso academy
There is no fee, no unveiling and no agent on the steps. Alexander Haaland has been at this club since he was a boy and is now, formally, one of the first-team squad — which for a local readership beats any signing of any size.

One of our own: Magnus Odegaard joins the Tromso first team
Clubs spend fortunes looking for players and occasionally find one down the corridor. Magnus Odegaard is that, and the reception he gets on his first appearance will be different in kind from the one any signing receives.
Match8 Aug 2026
A bad afternoon for Tromso against Fredrikstad
0‑1 to Fredrikstad, and no complaints worth printing. The performance asked for nothing more than it got.

Lars Olden Larsen signs a new deal
“I never wanted to be anywhere else. There is unfinished business here.” Lars Olden Larsen commits to Tromso for another 3 years.
