Pau Cabanes is on his way
The clubs have agreed terms, and what remains is formality: a medical, a photograph, a signature. Nobody at Schalke 04 is pretending he will be back in the shirt.

Karl Hein keeps Schalke 04 in it on his own
Some afternoons a goalkeeper is the team. 6 saves, several of them the sort nobody expects to see stopped, and a scoreline that flatters everybody in front of him.

Benjamin Keller is the month’s best young player
At 17 he was better than everybody his age in the division for four weeks running, which is harder than one good afternoon. Schalke 04 will try not to make too much of it.
