Severity

  1. Criticised in a full-time post-mortem

    Minor
    Cause
It was a private show of faith after a tough recent run. He does not always respond well to pressure, which softened the lift.
    Outlook
Manager intervention may be required if it persists.

  2. Clashed with Romain Donnez over training standards

    Minor
    Cause
The disagreement started because they judged training effort very differently. It played out on the training ground in front of the rest of the squad.
    Outlook
Likely to settle unless repeated within the next few weeks.

  3. Struggled with training intensity

    Minor
    Cause
His condition and recent minutes made the session harder than usual, so staff treated it as fatigue rather than attitude.

  4. Left out as Théo Gécé was preferred

    Minor
    Chosen instead
Théo Gécé was preferred — lower injury-risk profile.
    Cause
The manager protected him after a heavy workload.
    Outlook
Manager intervention may be required if it persists.

  5. Worried by competition from a new signing Bryan Van Hove

    Moderate
    Cause
The signing was bought with a similar squad-status tier in mind.
    Outlook
    Contract request risk increased.

  7. Faitout Maouassa, a compatriot, joined the squad

    Moderate
    Cause
Shared nationality and language helped this take root. Sharing a nationality opened the door for the bond.
    Outlook
Settling-in period is still under way.

  8. Worried by competition from a new signing Faitout Maouassa

    Moderate

  9. Led the defence in a tight match

    Minor
    Cause
He held the back line together when the game was hanging in the balance.

  10. Reassured by a calm full-time message

    Minor
    Cause
The team had won, and the manager wanted to reinforce the standards. He does not always respond well to pressure, which softened the lift.
